cannot find jenkins enterprise plugins

I'm following client master upgrade steps here to migrate to Jenkins enterprise from a free version.

My plugin manager is not able to locate the following plugins: 

o    CloudBees License Manager;
o    CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise License Entitlement Check;
o    Operations Center Agent;
o    Operations Center Context;
o    Operations Center Client;
o    Operations Center OpenID Cluster Session Extension;
o    CloudBees Role-Based Access Control Plugin;

I'm using Jenkins version 1.613.

Does anyone have any idea of where to get these plugins from?

This sounds like you should be raising a support call with Cloudbees rather than using the Jenkins (predominately OSS) user list?
