JENKINS ERROR:
unable to access svn repo as "svn-readonly"
ERROR: Failed to check out http://svn-c.crunchtime.local/repos/qa/trunk/crossmodule
"svn: E200015: authentication cancelled"

SVN ERROR:
(log files are stored in /var/log/httpd)
[Fri Apr 05 11:50:02 2019] [error] [client 192.168.10.241] user svn-readonly: authentication failure for "/repos/qa/trunk/crossmodule": Password Mismatch

RUNNING:
Jenkins = 2.7.4
SVN = 1.8.16 (r1740329)
Plugin Subversion = 2.5.7

Either your password is actually wrong.

Or you might have Externals which require "additional credentials" in Jenkins SVN job config.
