plugin dependencis

Hi,

I wanted to enable the 'Build timeout plugin' and I got into an infinite loop of dependencies that avoid enabling the plugin, although every dependence is in it's required status.

You can see all the statuses in the image below:

As you can see, the "only" problem is with the 'External Monitor Job Type Plugin, which cannot be enabled due to disabled dependencies which you can see that are enabled!

Did anyone experienced such problem?
