Where can I find Jenkins System user ?

Hi,

On Vanilla setup, how can I find the system user ( AKA "Running as SYSTEM"  )
Can I change this user ? can't find informative information about that topic on the web

It's an internal-only user. It allows internal processes in Jenkins to run with full permissions.
