Attaching file in the Jenkins Job

Hi,

I Need help on the below from the below scenario steps

1. We have build Job and we are performing some respective activities

2. Then some testing happen ( which is not integrated with Jenkins) and some results get generate with xml file format

The help which i need is 

1. How can i upload the xml file with the specific build job? the file is kept some where in the shared location

2. How can i publish the xml result on the job dashboard with some result happening?
