Want urgent answer on : problem with GO plugin in jenkins version 1.611

I have install GO plugin on jenkins successfuly on latest version 1.650 successfully .

But i am not able to install this on on my another server jenkins 1.611 . My global configure page is broken after installing the plugin.

Can any one face this problem ?

1. If i upgrade my version it will resolve this issue ?

2. After upgrade version is that affects other related jobs or slave servers which are present in this server ?
