I run version 2.489
And in dit boxes on a config page the arrow up/down keys dose not work any more.
A web browser debug says " Uncaught TypeError: element is undefined " in keybord.js

This issue is likely caused by https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/7569.
