Hung build with "(part)" status on main page

Hi All

I use pipeline for build and sometimes build finished on build page, but on main page this build not finished and hung with "(part)" word. Look to the screenshot.

Jenkins ver. 2.164.2

My questions:

1. What does it mean?

2. How to fix it?
