UNable to change password at https://accounts.jenkins.io/

Maybe it is the browsers I use or I don't understand but I can't seem to change my password for the Jenkins Jira issue system. 

From the following page I click on 




I put in my userid on the next screen (Notice the inconsitent use of Username and User Id)



I get an email


Your userid is something

Your temporary password is sjfhjlfljkhsip 


Please visit https://accounts.jenkins.io/ and update your password and profile


I go to the above link and there is no link that matches https://accounts.jenkins.io and there is no Update your password and profiles, are those two actions or does it mean update your profile


I update my profile and it still doesn't work. Are you supposed to wait?


There are several user interface issues that might merit some attention


1) Be consistent with Username and User Id or if they mean the same thing put a comment in on the page

2) Don't send emails with directions to do things with text that doesn't match the target website

3) A compound sentence and update your password and profile should be more clear, perform two actions if that is the case

4) Tell the user that they should be able to login or the profile data was changed instead of the Done message in a big font.

Is the password change still a problem?

Re the UX, could you file issues in the INFRA project of our issue tracker, with the 'account' component?

Yes I just tried again.  I changed my password using id with the email part.

I get an email with a temporary password.  I change my password and then go try and login and I cannot login to the bug systems.

I am a very ancient user, maybe there are some settings from a long time ago. :)
