Hi,

I am trying to setup a jenkins job with Multiple SCM option. But I cannot use the File System in Multiple SCM for some reason. Could you please let me know is it the known issue or something I might be doing wrong?
However the File System option by it's own works fine but nor when used in Multiple SCM.

Thanks.

Hi, please give us more details to make it possible to help you. There may be a gazillion reasons a plugin doesn't work, so we need to reduce a bit the field of possibilities☺.

Cheers

Hi,

Actually even I am facing difficulty in understanding what's happening. The only observable thing is, I update the path field in File System option and save it. Then in the jenkins console there is change in the log as below:

←[0m←[33mJan 13, 2016 4:53:41 PM hudson.model.AbstractProject submit
WARNING: label assignment is using legacy '_.assignedLabelString'
←[0m

after that when I open configure again, then the path field becomes empty.

The Jenkins wiki page on the multiple SCMs plugin includes several different comments from people about popular SCM plugins which do not quite work as expected with the multiple SCMs plugin.  No mention is made of the file system SCM, but there are several mentions of edit fields not being preserved across changes.
