I was trying to track down this issue today on one site. The index page of the report of visible, but when clicking on any of the relative links in the landing page, Jetty such says Not Found. I am verified that all of the files is on disk and in a location which I would deem to be correct. (If I were to dump the files under a another file-serving webserver i.e.e Apache, they are found).

I came across this HTML Publisher issue - https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-22191 - that is open since 2014. I am surprised that only a few people have picked up on this. I am not even quite sure whether this is a direct HTML Publisher issue or whether it is some redirection in Jetty that is misconfigured. Has anyone actually seen this happen as well?

(Current Jenkins version is 1.609.3).

Ah, I remember this from long time ago. The issue is that links cannot point to folders. They need to point to files in fodlers. If they only point to fodlers, Jetty will refuse to load them in this context.
