Clearing matrix-auth-plugin permissions after downgrading to older version

Hi!

I had to downgrade matrix-auth-plugin because of the issue described here: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-61990. Unfortunately, now I'm experiencing permission issues, like users being unable to perform activities they have permissions to do.

I would like to know how I can safely bring the permissions to a consistent state? If necessary, I don't mind re-doing them from scratch.
