Building error, directory doesn't contain xcode project

Like the title says, I have an issue in the shell terminal, since the failure originates from there. For some reason, it cannot find the Xcode project I have, even if the path ends in the project itself. I just want to build a project and select its platforms, on IOS, MAC and Android. No workspace, no parameters, no GitHub. Any advice or example as to how to build a project this way?
