Jenkins release question

Hello,
I have 5 projects that need to be released sequentially keeping the same release name and version. After the first project gets released the next project in sequence consumes the first project(as they are dependent) and then gets released. Later the third project consumes the release version of second project and then gets released. 

I like to know how i could produce these sequential releases by dynamically updating the pom file of project with release version instead of snapshot.

Please help.
