Sometimes Pullrequest build is taking long time to build after creation or updation of pull request in jenkins

Hi,

In jenkins i have installed in Pull Request plugin 1.4.19 version, Sometimes Pullrequest build is taking long time(2 hours or 3 hrs or 5 hrs) to build after creation or updation of pull request in jenkins, so whats the problem here, now thw latest pullrequest plugin version is 1.4.25, if i upgraded to this one it works fine or not. please help me in this issue.

we are facing big problem about this.
