Howto add following loggers to my Log Recorder?

I created a new log recorder for my purposes. Now I can configure this new log recorder. I add a logger string and the log level I want.
My problem is, I don’t know where to find the logger string. It usually looks like
hudson.security.csrf.CrumbFilter.
Does anyone know the logger string for:
Jenkins updating activities
Plugin updating activities
Copy Artifact Plugin
Environment Injector Plugin
Subversion Plug-in
