How to guarantee the authentication token for a specific user in a docker container

Hi I have an issue with the authentication token.
We create a jenkins environment in a docker container but every time it is created a new authentication token is created for the same user. Is there a possibility to force jenkins to always create the same authentication token so that we don't have to change our scripts every time the environment it is deployed?
