Jenkins ver. 1.586 hangs after build

I just updated to the latest Jenkins version and now my build job never finishes but hangs for hours!
If I abort the job I get the following messages in my console output:

anyone can tell me what this is?

Even worse, after aborting the job I can't restart the jobs because the genarted jar-files are locked and clean can't remove them.

The job is a Maven job and runs locally on my system (Windows 7)
