Using IC Manage client with Jenkins

I have a need to use obtain files from an IC Manage repository. I tried using the perforce client, but it gave me a "license error", so I have to use the icmp4 client. Has anyone SUCCESSFULLY integrated an IC Manage repository into Jenkins?
