Global properties - Environment variables displayed wrongly on GUI

to Jenkins Users

i'm using Jenkins 2.60 - on the Manage Jenkins - Configure System -

the Global properties - Environment variables - display the same variable as the number of the variables that defined in config.xml.

In the config.xml the variables are correct.

Is it known issue? Is there something I can do to fix it?
