Jenkins build slow with network connection

Hi,

I use Jenkins Windows version 2.89.3.

 

HeadlessBuild command is same in all scenarios:

SPC5Studio -consoleLog -nosplash -application org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.headlessbuild -data "C:\SPC5Studio\workspace" -cleanBuild "WS_Name"

 

If I have network connection (internet) available and I give above command in:

• Jenkins Job: it takes ab. 7min to build
• Windows Command Prompt: it takes ab. 20sec to build

 

If I have DISABLED network connection (internet) and I give above command in:

• Jenkins Job: it takes ab. 20sec to build
• Windows Command Prompt: it takes ab. 20sec to build

With network connection I have tried to disable both Windows Firewall and MS Security Essential Real-time protection. No help.

 

What Jenkins do during Job (build) if network connection is available?

Any hints what to check next?
