Bitbucket payload in multibranch build

Hello there!
I'm trying to implement smart notification for a developer who did push to repo based on build success/failure.
However, I cannot see any evidence how to get an access to bitbucket payload in multibranch. There is simply no BITBUCKET_PAYLOAD envvar :(
Any advice on that?
