PTC integrity plugin- Does Local client configuration supports Changepackage detection

I have a question on PTC Integrity plugin behavior.

Based on the Release Notes I see that “Change package” detection is not supported with Local client configuration.

I am confused with provided access in Jenkins for change package selection with local client configuration(if it is not supported, I believe the option itself should be disabled, but not).

Could you please let me know is this feature is supported or No.
