Build failed - FATAL: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed:

I have Jenkins Application Build Server setup on Windows Server OS . I setup a job to pull source code from TFS  source code reposiory. It was successful pulling the code the first time but after the first time each time I ran it again it pulls the code but at the end of the execution I get this error message

FATAL: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
