How to Publish Plugin

Hi ,

How can I Publish My Plugin .Following are the Steps i did

Create a GitHub Account

Create a GitHub Repository (must be public) to store your plugin source code

Clone the Repository ,move Source Code

Create An Account in the Jenkins site

Request Hosting on jira Portal

what is the next step can anyone help me to figure it out.
