NOTICE: Plugins without wiki pages will stop appearing in the Update Center

As of today or tomorrow, depending on when https://github.com/jenkinsci/backend-update-center2/pull/34 is merged, plugins without wiki pages will no longer show up in the Update Center. New plugins without wiki pages added since June already didn't show up, but now already-existing plugins are being removed as well. You can find the full list of plugins being removed at https://github.com/abayer/backend-update-center2/blob/wiki-page-required/src/main/resources/wiki-overrides.properties#L70-L108.

I'll be starting another thread to discuss alternative approaches that wouldn't require a wiki page, but until we've settled on something else, the wiki page *will* be required for all plugins in order to be included in the Update Center.
