Jenkins Config history xmls not displayed

Hi Jenkins Users,

We have migrated jenkins to 2.150.1 ie latest LTS.

After migration we are not able to see the Job config history xmls and below error is displayed and also unable to see the differences from previous history to current

Steps to reproduce :

1) select and open any job 

2) click on Job config history

3) Click on View as XML

Jenkins version : 2.150.1

Job Config History plugin version : 2.4

Can you please help me in resolving this issue

Note : config.xml and history.xml are saved in the job config folder and also able to revert to the previous/selected history configuration

Can someone help me to know what browsers parse xml version 1.1

And I see xmls created by Old Jenkins(1.538) in version 1.0 are also not viewable in New Jenkins 2.150.1

Can you guys please help me
