Error running docker workflow plugin demo

I'm seeing the following error when attempting to run the docker workflow plugin demo. Can you tell me how to resolve the dependency  issue?

You need to configure Maven on your machine with the right Jenkins repos. In this case, it's the 'incrementals' one.

Cannot provide a link as I'm offline right now, but googling using the above should help.
