How to recover bugtracker/wiki account?

Hi

After some time I would login onto my account at
https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/ but it seems the account is not longer
active!? Same on Wiki login. Why is it disabled? How can I
recover/reactivate my account?

I assume that you've visited https://accounts.jenkins.io/ to try to reset your password and it was not successful.

Please provide your Jenkins account name and the previous email address in an email message to me as mark.ea...@gmail.com .  I'll need to ask you some questions and get some answers for verification.
