Unable to log into jenkins.io or receive the email from "forgot password"

Hello,

I am trying to get into my account of jenkins.io by using https://accounts.jenkins.io/, but I am unable to get into it "User not found or password incorrect", though the password is OK and the user is there. I have tried to use the "forgot password" link but I am not receiving any email. Any options? Is there any way to get some assistance on this?

If you'll send me your Jenkins userid and the mail address associated with your Jenkins userid, I'll work with you to reset your password.  I am mark earl waite (separated by dots) on Gmail.
