Change Directory/File Permissions

Hello! I've managed to setup Jenkins to do a lot of the grunt work normally involved in deployment, but I still have a pain point with the file permissions, which I'm currently having to setup manually after a Jenkins build runs successfully. Search engines seem to mostly have no info on this (or perhaps I'm too dense to understand what's out there), so I need help.

What do I need to do to allow Jenkins to run chmod?
