maven release timed out

Hi All,

I'm trying to do a release for Jenkins-mesos plugin. But maven times out while uploading the plugin to http://maven.jenkins-ci.org:8081/content/repositories/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/mesos/0.7.0/

Is the URL http://maven.jenkins-ci.org:8081 down ?
