im using jenkins in my machine CENTOS and i need to clone the project from gitlab but i have a error :
stderr: fatal: unable to access 'https://gitlab.s.com/jihed/byzaneo.git/': Failed connect to gitlab.s.com:443; Connection refused
Failed to connect to repository : Command "/usr/bin/git ls-remote -h https://gitlab.s.com/j/byzo.git HEAD" returned status code 128: THX

Just make sure with the tool: tcptraceroute gitlab.s.com 443
That you are able to connect, looks like a Firewall/routing in the middle.
