How to send bulk mails

Hi Jenkins'ians,

from time to time I need to send a notification mail to all developers using our Jenkins installation. I can't use the companies "...-all" mailing list because there are way too many users affected with such mails. So is there a plugin or something else to send bulk mails to all accounts known to Jenkins?

no ideas so far? No one who needs to inform others about Jenkins downtime or something else regarding the Jenkins installation? Hm...
