Build Timeout at Jenkins project level

Hi All,

Is there a way to configure build time out at Jenkins Project level(which internally have set of jobs and projects)

  Ex:  Lets Say jenkins project named (test) and internally have (abc,simple) two more folders with diff set of jobs and folders

1. Root level project http://localhost:8080/test

2.  http://localhost:8080/test/abc

3.  http://localhost:8080/test/simple

So my requirement is how to setup timeout parameter at project level or even at global Jenkins level?

Note: I do aware of Build Timeout plugin at job level only not project level
