Hi,

We were looking to start using the latest versions of NodeJS TLS, which have some important security fixes.

Normally these show up in our drop downs in the Jenkins Tools UI, almost always by the day after they are published.  This time, they didn't though, and it was about a week ago they were released.

After contacting the plugin's developer, it seems there is a back end job that runs a script provided by the plugin developer, that updates the files located here:
https://updates.jenkins.io/current/updates/

But -- if you go there, you will notice that no plugins' config files have been updated since Dec 6th.  It appears the backend process that runs these scripts has stopped running on a regular basis, at least based on the dates of those files.

I'm not sure whom to contact about this problem, so ended up here.

Anyone familiar with how often these files should be updated?

Cheers,
Greg

Infra mailing list or infra issue tracker would be the preferred methods for something like this.

That said, this is another symptom of https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/INFRA-1428 but not one as easy to work around.

I'll poke KK again.

Thank you Daniel.

I will use a Infra jira issue next time.

Cheers,
Greg
