choose slave image for pipeline jobs (Docker Cloud)

I am using Docker Cloud Plugin, with that I have configured multiple agents with their respective labels. Lets say I have a label as "my-label", in my pipeline job, I want to use this label but change the default slave image used. Is there any way to achieve this?
