Jetty Version Update

to Jenkins Users

Our RootScan is indicating we have an out of date Eclipse Jetty version:

Scan Provided Extra Information: Installed version: 9.4 Fixed version: 9.4.16.v20190411

However, when I upgraded the io and util files to 9.4.18, it is still returning the same issue. Does anyone know:

* How to detect what version of Jetty is running on the machine/system?

* How to update the files "properly" so it is detected?
