you can use our stream https://twitter.com/jepluginrelease as a substitute as it covers all OSS plugins anyway while you are waiting for the Jenkins Project's stream to get fixed

That twitter account uses the releases.rss feed which is not currently being
updated after an infrastructure shuffle. This ticket tracks that work:
