What is the best way to connect on machine without agent

Hi

I have a windows 10 machine that is not on my domain , I can access it only from a different machine that is on my domain , they have internal vlan connection.

If i install Jenkins agent on my domain box , what is the best practice to communicate with the workgroup windows box without an agent and build there my code.
