Adding changed files in the email content

Is there a way to customize my emails after a build to contain the files that have been modified in the workspace ?  I'd like to see basically:

Date file was changed

Who changed it

Filename

[Slide]

If you use the email-ext plugin, it should be part of the default html and text groovy templates.
