Blue Ocean Pipeline Creation In Folders

Does Blue Ocean support creating new pipelines inside folders? It seems to only create a new Multibranch pipelines folder in the root directory.

That's correct, right now they can only be created in the root folder. Please file an issue in JIRA if you'd like request an enhancement for this.
