Hi,
I am lucky enough to work in an environment where Jenkins doesn't get to see the internet, ever.
Is there any way to easily download a snapshot of >all< of the plugins for offline usage?
It is a bit painful at times to update and maintain things. It would make my life much easier.
Thanks

I should have done more reading (like https://github.com/yandex-qatools/juseppe/wiki/Complete-Guide-of-own-update-center-using-Juseppe ).  Juseppe requires the Update Sites Manager plugin.  You'll want both the plugin and Juseppe.
