Team Concert Git Plugin Not updating status in RTC

The plugin is adding a comment in RTC workitem that a build is requested
with a link of Jenkins job but it is not adding a comment on the status
of the Build i.e. Finished/Failed/Aborted etc.
Please help on the same.
Also, Looking for a plugin through which we can create a Workitem in RTC based on Build status, so does anyone knows anything on this.
