Exact permissions required for Github Organization plugin?

Anyone know or have a link to the list of permissions needed for the github organization project type / plugin?

We are not using hooks back, so it just needs to browse our org, and update PRs / build information.

Any pointers -- I swear I found this once before, but google is failing me and I can not find it again.
