Bitbucket Pullrequest Builder Plugin -- 1.4.26

Jenkins -- 2.60.1

I'm not using a pipeline. Just this setup. The box is checked on the job to check for updates "Build when a change is pushed to BitBucket".

Anyone ever have this problem?
