How to configure parameters in websphere from jenkins, before a deployment

Good day, I need to configure a task from jenkins, that allows me to configure some parameters before the deployment of an application that will be in another task. I do not know how to perform this configuration, I have installed the plugin was builder but I can not understand its operation correctly.
