Is Plugins available to create Alert if jenkins job waiting in queue(to execute in slave) for more than 1 hr

Hey Team,

I have written a shell script to create Alert, if jenkins job waiting in queue(to execute in slave) for more than 1 hr.

May i know is there any plugins available to make it easier. Any help is much appreciated.
