Vspehere didnt retrieve ip

I have this problem. after Power-On/Resume Vm test failed, but virtual machine is ready and has internet connection.

Just vSphere loose connection.

Have anybody same problem?

VMware Tools needs to be installed on the VM.  Otherwise the plugin can't resolve the IP address.
