[Reverse Proxy Auth Plugin] Example of X-Forwarded-Groups usage

Dear Jenkins users,

I wonder if somebody hag utilized X-Forwarded-Groups HTTP header to pass the information about the groups to Reverse Proxy Auth Plugin? In particular, what is the group name for Jenkins administrators? What are other build-in groups (the only one I was able to find is authenticated and it is assigned by default)?

Would be nice if somebody could update/improve plugin front page.
